Payment methods
We accept most
major charge cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover,
and AMEX as well as Paypal (charge cards and e-checks from
checking accounts).
Sales tax
Arizona residents are subject to local sales tax.
Shipping and
Handling
Regular shipping is media rate by
USPS. Shipping and handling
rates will be calculated at the time of online purchase
based on distance. Allow up to 2 weeks for orders shipped
by ground courier services to arrive.
Return and
Refund Policy
Contact client
services
for return authorization prior to shipping. Please note
that you will be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Clients may receive Creative Bookworm Press account credit
for books, CDs, and DVDs returned with authorization in
new, undamaged condition to apply toward future purchases.
Cash refunds will not be given.
Examine shipments
and packing lists carefully upon receipt. Damaged books,
CDs, and DVDs will be replaced with an intact copy of the
same product. In the event of unavailability of the same
product, cost of the item minus shipping & handling
costs will be credited to the charge card account with
which you made the original purchase.
E-books and other
downloadable media products are sold on a non-returnable
basis.
